COMMUNICATION SKILLS ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM FOR NURSES AND HEALTHCARE SUPPORT STAFF
Communication among healthcare team members influences the quality of working relationship, job satisfaction and patient safety. This program has been designed to sensitize the nursing and paramedical staff towards their role in imparting careful, appropriate, responsible and timely communication in patient care. The program focuses on the common communication hurdles experienced by the nursing staff and paramedical staff, and discusses ways to overcome them.
