MGM Medical College, Maharashtra

IIHC conducted communication skills training at MGM Medical College organized by Marathwada Hospital Association, Maharashtra. The program was attended by around 50 doctors and nurses of various hospitals of Aurangabad.

IIHC organized a Communication Skills In Healthcare Training faculty and staff of Sehgal Neo Hospital, Delhi. It was a very interactive session and and received excellent feedback.

2nd Annual CME at Shishu Sadan

IIHC addressed practicing Pediatricians at the 2nd Annual CME at Shishu Sadan, Delhi. The seminar discussed “Why is communication with patients and their families so important in today's era?”

Indian Institute of Healthcare Communication conducted a one day Communication Skills Workshop for the clinicians and other hospital staff at Artemis Hospital Gurgaon. It was a great initiative by Artemis to incorporate these skills in their core team members.

Asian Hospital, Faridabad

IIHC conducted a two days intensive training program on ‘Communication Skills for the Doctors, Nurses and Front Desk Staff’ of Asian Hospital, Faridabad. It was second such training in this series.

Jhalawar Medical College and Hospitals

IIHC conducted Communication Skills Training program for Nurses at Jhalawar Medical College and Hospitals. This is the second training in the series in the same year. The first one was organized for the Practicing Doctors and Professors and Head of the departments of Jhalawar Medical College, Rajasthan. Participants were very receptive and participated with great zeal.

Train the Trainer Program, Delhi

IIHC conducted the three days ‘Master Trainer Program’ for those interested in pursuing Healthcare Communication as trainers. It was a very rigorous program and involved a great deal of participation.

Max healthcare

IIHC conducted a Communication skills Workshop for Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics working in the emergency department of Max healthcare. The training helped them understand the importance and effect of their behavior, especially in critical situations frequently encountered in the Emergency Department. It was a pleasure interacting with senior doctors of the team who had lot to share. We’re very grateful to Dr Arati Verma taking this initiative.

Dr Arneja was felicitated with a Memento from the Hon’ble Health Minister Sh. Satinder Jain, for the assessment of Delhi Hospitals under Kayakalp Program.

Fortis hospital, Kangra

IIHC conducted a three days training program on “Professional Grooming and Communication in Healthcare” at Fortis hospital, Kangra. Their Nursing, Paramedical and Front Desk Staff attended it. A one day program on “Leadership Skills” was also organized for the Administrative faculty to help them perform more effectively.

Sharp sight Eye Centre

IIHC conducted a program on “Communication Skill Enhancement for Creating Patient Satisfaction” at Sharp sight Eye Centre for their optometrists, nursing staff, front desk and support staff. It was a very well received and the participants thoroughly enjoyed.

CUTICON, Hotel Eros, Delhi

Dr Arneja shared the dais with stalwarts like Dr K K Agarwal and chief of DNB for a panel discussion on a very pertinent topic, 'Violence Against Doctors' in the Mid-Year conference of skin specialists-CUTICON held at Hotel Eros, Delhi. Dr Atul Kochhar, President IADVL, very well moderated the discussion. The discussion concluded with a unanimous agreement to Train the healthcare professionals for effective communication skills.

Jhalawar Medical College, Rajasthan

IIHC conducted a ‘Master Trainer’ program on Communication in Healthcare for the Heads of the Departments and Senior Faculty of Jhalawar Medical College, Rajasthan. It was a very intensive program, which included two full days of rigorous training and discussions.

Asian Hospital, Faridabad

IIHC conducted two days of intensive training at Asian Hospital Faridabad on “Communication in Healthcare” for Practicing doctors, senior consultants and residents. Front Desk staff and Nursing faculty was trained on “ Professional Grooming and Workplace Etiquettes”. The workshop revolved around enhancing overall patient satisfaction.

IIHC conducted three days of training program at Fortis Healthcare, Kangra. it was attended by the nursing staff, paramedical staff and front-desk faculty directly involved in patient interaction and the administrative staff working in the background.

Kauvery Hospital, Chennai

IIHC conducted ‘Communication in Healthcare’ workshop at Kauvery Hospital, Chennai. The organizers were very enthusiastic and participants very energetic. Participants included their Nursing, paramedical and front desk staff directly involved in patient interaction. The workshop was aimed at improving the patient satisfaction and enhancing the ability of the participants to deal with critical situations more effectively.

IIHC conducted 14 Communication Skills programs for undergraduate and 12 Communication Skills programs for postgraduate students of Maulana Azad Medical College. It was a great initiative taken by the senior faculty of MAMC to help incorporate these skills right from the student level.
