ABOUT US

In the current scenario, legitimate emphasis on inculcating clinical communication skills among the healthcare professionals is lacking and as a result, miscommunications between the healthcare providers and patient party are on the rise. This jeopardises patient safety and creates a feeling of distrust between the two parties. IIHC has taken a lead and has come up with variety of training programs to meet the need of the hour. IIHC is working extensively to sensitize practicing doctors, nurses and para-medical staff towards the importance of essential clinical communication skills required to improve quality of patientcare by reducing medical errors, ensuring patient safety and creating patient satisfaction.

  • More than 1000 Healthcare Communication training programs conducted all over the country
  • 30,000 Healthcare Professionals including doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff trained

We are collaborating with Medical and Dental Colleges to incorporate communication skills training within the perimeter of clinical curriculum of undergraduate and Post-graduate students, in order to inculcate these skills right from the beginning.

IIHC regularly evaluates its every program through feedback from the participants and refines it to meet the need of the healthcare industry. We’re undertaking research activities to understand the patients’ expectations and prepare the healthcare professionals to respond appropriately.
