1. By end of the workshop, 100% of the participants (initially only 77%) stated that learning communication skills has helped or will help them recognize patients’ rights regarding confidentiality and informed consent.
2. All 100% of the healthcare professionals found learning communication skill interesting.
3. All 100% of the participants stated that after attending workshop they think that learning communication skills has helped or will help them respect patients.
4. All 100% of the participants observed and agreed that in order to be a good healthcare team member, they must have good communication skills.
5. All 100% of the participants agreed that Learning communication skill has helped or will help facilitate their team – working skill.
