Highlights:
  1. All 100% of the participants, agreed to the point that Clinical Communication Skills are essentials for diagnostic and treatment accuracy.
  2. 100% of the participants acknowledged and understood how impactful communication skills are and any communication failure is the lead cause of Medical errors in patient-care.
  3. From 93% initially to 100% by the end of workshop, All of the participants shifted their consent towards importance of communication skills illustrating that patient satisfaction depends greatly on our communication skills. to 100%.
  4. All 100% of the participants agreed that it is important to smile and welcome the patient and patient’s family.
  5. From 91% to 98% of the participants, by the end of the workshop agreed that most of the aggressive reactions in hospitals are result of communication failure.
