CHANGE IN KNOWELDGE AND ATTITUDE OF RESPONDENTS
Highlights:- With a shift of 24% of the participants, all 100% of the participants agreed that learning communication skills is important because ability to communicate is a lifelong skill.
- With a raise of 19% of the participants from 81% to 100%) all participants agreed that in order to be a Healthcare worker, one must have good communication skills.
- Another shift of 19% was observed in the count of participants, who after attending workshop acknowledged that developing communication skills is just as important as developing knowledge of medicine.
- By end of the workshop, all healthcare professionals, i.e. 100% of them gave consent that learning communication skills has helped or will help facilitate their team-working skills.
- All 100% of the participants understood and agreed that learning communication skills has improved or will help their ability to communicate with patients.
