CHANGE IN KNOWELDGE AND ATTITUDE OF RESPONDENTS

Highlights:
  1. With a shift of 24% of the participants, all 100% of the participants agreed that learning communication skills is important because ability to communicate is a lifelong skill.
  2. With a raise of 19% of the participants from 81% to 100%) all participants agreed that in order to be a Healthcare worker, one must have good communication skills.
  3. Another shift of 19% was observed in the count of participants, who after attending workshop acknowledged that developing communication skills is just as important as developing knowledge of medicine.
  4. By end of the workshop, all healthcare professionals, i.e. 100% of them gave consent that learning communication skills has helped or will help facilitate their team-working skills.
  5. All 100% of the participants understood and agreed that learning communication skills has improved or will help their ability to communicate with patients.
